	Mr. Michael De Clercq – CEO Mr. Michael De Clercq is the founder and CEO of China Performance Group. He has been active in China since 1975. In 1978, Mr. De Clercq founded the parent company TransContinental Trade & Finance Corp with offices in Beijing and New Jersey. Mr. De Clercq brings over 30 years of hands-on experience to CPG and has been personally involved in all aspect of China supply chain management, from contract negotiations to setting up quality control structures, from strengthening supply chain management to securing better financial terms. He contributes his long China experience to all levels of the sourcing and supply chain management. Mr. De Clercq speaks English, Mandarin, French and Italian fluently.
	Ms. Delianne De Clercq – COO Ms. Delianne De Clercq is a founding partner of China Performance Group and of its parent TransContinental Trade & Finance Corp. In 1992, Ms. De Clercq became the Chief Operating Officer of China Performance Group. She is also on the board of the parent company, TransContinental Trade & Finance Corp. An architect by training, Ms. De Clercq was born in Beijing and spent many years in Australia and the USA. Her extensive knowledge of the China sourcing process is drawn from over 20 years of experience as a buyer and manager of sourcing programs. Ms. De Clercq speaks Mandarin and English fluently.
	Mr. Raymond Cole – Director Of Business Development – USA Mr. Cole brings over 25 years of Sales Management and Business Development experience to CPG. During his career Mr. Cole has held positions from Account Manager [Apparel, Printing], V.P. of Sales [Branded & Private Label Apparel Importer] to Small Business Owner [Printing & Marketing Services]. He has also won awards such as “Manager Of The Year” and several “Vendor Of The Year” awards. This extensive knowledge gives Mr. Cole a unique perspective of a client’s needs, concerns and pains and how to solve them. He has been successfully practicing “Solution Selling” for over 25 years, a specific and unique solution for each specific and unique client. Mr. Cole graduated from The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with a degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
	Mr. Philippe Majer – Director Europe Operations Mr. Philippe Majer first developed business with CPG in 1979 during his first visit to China.  He has maintained contact with CPG management ever since. A management consultant by training, Mr. Majer specializes in SMEs and supervises CPG’s operations in Europe and is based in Brussels. Mr. Majer speaks French, English and is conversant in Dutch.
	Mr. Michael Zhang – Business Intelligence Manager Mr. Zhang has been with CPG for over 10 years and manages the research and analysis department. Mr. Zhang is proficient in market research, competitive analysis and sales and marketing planning. He has special experience in the field of machinery, building and construction materials, and environmental products. He is fluent in English and his native language is Mandarin.
	Mr. Evan Xu – Sourcing Manager Mr. Evan Xu is CPG’s Sourcing Manager. He performs a wide range of functions in this position, including product research, vendor relations, factory audits, supply chain analysis and logistics. He maintains a large network of contacts and relationships in different parts of China with a focus on constantly improving the efficiency and quality of CPG’s services. Mr. Evan Xu is a well known consumer goods sourcing expert in China. He has been with China Performance Group since 1993.
	Ms. Jane Feng – Sourcing Team Leader Ms. Jane Feng has been working with multinational companies since 2005, specializing in mechanical parts, building materials, and the power industry. Ms. Feng has worked as a Sourcing Team Leader and project manager since 2007. Ms. Jane Feng graduated from OEC University in Beijing with a concentration in English and Public Relations. She is fluent in English and her native language is Mandarin.
	Ms. May Lee – Sourcing Team Leader Originally from Beijing, Ms. May Lee graduated from Beijing Industry University with a Bachelor degree in Economics. She has been involved in the sourcing and procurement industry since 1996 with a special focus on the pharmaceutical industry. She has held positions with Bayer, GSK, Johnson & Johnson, and SEI. Ms. May Lee brings extensive management experience to her role as a Sourcing Team Leader. She is fluent in English and her native language is Mandarin.
	Mr. David De Clercq – Business Development Manager Mr. David De Clercq has been working in China since 2004 with a concentration in Marketing and Business Development on an international scale, ranging from Australia, China, the US, and Europe. As a Development Manager at CPG he is involved in different facets of the business including Marketing and Sales, Finance, Processing, Quality Control, and Human Resources. Mr. David De Clercq graduated from Rutgers University with a dual degree in Economics and Psychology. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Italian and conversant in French.
	Mr. Buck Perley – Marketing Manager Mr. Buck Perley manages all aspects of CPG’s marketing initiatives including website development, content creation and distribution, as well as the CPG marketing internship program. Mr. Buck Perley graduated with Distinction from the University of Toronto with a Double Major in Economics and Chinese Language and Society. He also specializes in web development and programming including HTML, CSS, and PHP languages in addition to modern search engine optimization techniques and search marketing. He is fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin, French, and Spanish.
